Yes, absolutely! We have an extensive range for all forms of interior planting for the business market: from our green walls to individual artificial plants, artificial flowers and artificial trees. So whether you are looking for artificial plants for hospitality (indoors and/or outdoors), a beautiful artificial tree for your exhibition stand or, for example, hanging plants for the office: Coolplant is also the right place for individual plants.

To increase the fire safety of your space, you can choose fire-retardant artificial plants instead of non-fire-retardant ones. In the event of a fire, flames will not spread via our fire-retardant artificial plants. Not all artificial plants are fire-retardant, so we are happy to advise you. We are also happy to help you put together a fire-retardant plant wall.

All plants from artificial plant wholesaler Coolplant can be used indoors, and unfortunately not all of our plants are suitable for outdoor use. So please pay close attention when buying artificial plants if you also want to use them outside. If you are unsure or have specific questions, please feel free to contact us!

Artificial plants themselves absorb hardly any sound, but Coolplant does supply green walls and panels in combination with sound-absorbing materials. Behind the walls or panels there is a special acoustic felt made from recycled PET bottles. This felt absorbs sound waves from the surroundings, resulting in damping. This improves the acoustics in your space.

Our green walls and custom artificial planting for outdoor use are, of course, made with UV-resistant artificial plants. These retain their colour. Non-UV-resistant artificial plants can, however, discolour through exposure to sunlight.

Artificial plants require hardly any maintenance. Regular dusting is generally sufficient. In some cases, it may be necessary to wipe the plants with a damp cloth.

Our plant walls/green walls are made from high-quality, durable materials. Our artificial plants are barely, if at all, distinguishable from real ones. Where possible, we use natural materials such as paper, wood and silk.

CoolPlantWall® OUTDOOR & CoolPlantWall® INDOOR
These plant walls are built from individual 90 cm x 90 cm panels on a sturdy metal grid. Each panel consists of 15 different types of fire-retardant and UV-resistant artificial plants, with a total of 88 plants per panel. The strong, galvanised grids are finished with a black powder coating.

Green wall CUSTOM
We build the Green wall Custom plant by plant using the most beautiful (silk) artificial hanging plants. Depending on the wishes and requirements, we use 'standard' or fire-retardant artificial plants. In advance and on site, we look at the client’s wishes and what suits the space best.

Creating the CUSTOM is a creative process and each time results in a unique green work of art!

Green wall MOSS
Our moss wall is built from individual 50 cm x 50 cm mats. The moss elements are mounted on a flexible plastic grid. Together with our manufacturer, we developed the most beautiful artificial moss currently available. Our moss is UV-resistant and fire-retardant.

Green wall BASIC
The BASIC is built from individual 100 cm x 100 cm mats. The artificial plants are mounted on a flexible plastic grid. Each panel consists of a number of different types of fire-retardant artificial plants. The BASIC is predominantly green with little variation in depth. A few plants protrude from each panel to create a nice contrast. There are three different panels to avoid repeating patterns as much as possible.

A plant wall/green wall is custom built from individual artificial plants or with our wall panels, which are available in different variants. The wall panels can be supplemented with individual artificial plants for an extra full effect.

For most artificial plants and trees, four components can be distinguished: the trunk, the leaves, the (inner) pot and the filling of the pot. Some products also include flowers. Specific raw materials are used for each of these components. Basic components are (semi-)rigid plastics and soft plastics (LDPE and PEVA), wood, iron, filling material, textiles, colourants, flame retardants, material for UV resistance. The exact composition differs for each product.

For each product, we work with the manufacturer to find the most sustainable composition for each component. Recycled plastics, for example, can be used in one plant but not in another. An important step is that more and more components of the artificial plants are recyclable. In addition, we provide input to our factories to optimise production processes so that as few raw materials as possible are lost.

The largest green wall team Coolplant has created so far is 700 m². The smallest is 6 m². However small or large your green project or your client’s becomes is entirely up to you. However, if a project is smaller than 6 m², the call-out and service costs are proportionally a little higher.

The cost of a green wall varies by wall type and project, depending on the requirements, dimensions, the surface and the working height. As a rough guide, the following indicative prices can be used, incl. installation and a dark wooden backing, excl. VAT:

This depends on the size and any complexity of the project. Our experience is that a custom-made plant wall built up plant by plant takes an average of one hour per m². Our other green walls take an average of half an hour per m².

In principle, we assume an average lifespan of at least 10 years for all artificial plant materials from Coolplant. This does, of course, depend on the circumstances. For example, if non-UV-resistant artificial plants have been chosen while a lot of direct sunlight is entering unnoticed, this can shorten the lifespan of the plants (discolouration).

Of course, you are very welcome in our showroom to admire our green walls. In addition, we have created various green walls at different locations across the country. You can also view these. Please make an appointment for a visit to our showroom or to a project on site, so that we have plenty of time for you.

It is perfectly possible to install a plant wall/green wall yourself, provided you are reasonably handy. You will find the ready-made system in our webshop. You receive 3 panels of 90x90 cm, including the necessary fixing materials. With bolt cutters or a cutting disc, you can trim the metal grid to size yourself.

To transport as little ‘air' as possible, we are developing so-called ‘knock down’ systems together with the factories for large artificial plants and trees. These plants are made and transported in a number of separate parts, after which they can be assembled on site. We have also started a pilot with a new type of box that requires less cardboard and air.

We would also like to mention that a percentage of the proceeds from our artificial plants is used to plant real trees. For this, we have entered into a partnership with Trees for All.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge transport costs, unless agreed otherwise.

Our artificial plants are packed as compactly as possible. As a result, the plant may not immediately look its best after unpacking. No worries, because we have created a number of instruction videos especially for you on styling and shaping your artificial plants: our instruction videos

Although we always try to deliver exactly what you want, it may happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase to us within 14 days. Send an email to [email protected] with the reason for the return. Is your product damaged? Then please include a photo. You will then receive a returns form with return label. Within seven days of receiving the items, we will refund the money to your account or send the desired new product. Products that have been specially made and/or imported for you cannot be returned, unless they were already damaged on arrival.

To return products, pack them carefully and securely again in the original packaging. You can then send the box to us with a carrier of your choice. For large parcels (larger than 1.8 metres) and pallet shipments, it is sometimes more convenient if we collect them ourselves or arrange the carrier ourselves.

Our green façade is made up of individual panels of 90 cm x 90 cm on a sturdy metal grid. Each panel is composed of 15 different types of artificial plants, 88 plants per panel in total. The strong galvanised grids have a black powder coating. This green façade is made to withstand the elements and stay attractive for many years without much maintenance.

Each panel is mounted to the wall behind using four (included) fixing brackets. The brackets are secured with a screw. The grid slots into the brackets and is tightened with a ring on each bracket. You can easily install the panels yourself, or have our fitters do it for you.

The cost of a green façade varies by project, depending on the dimensions, the surface and the installation height. A single 90 x 90 cm panel costs €307.50 excl. VAT (± €379 per m², without installation) and you can order it directly in our webshop. For a complete green façade with CoolPlantWall® we charge ± €485 per m² excl. Yes, the same system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The artificial plants are UV-resistant and fire-retardant, making them extra safe for indoor environments. Thanks to the sturdy installation and the galvanised grid, the panels are also suitable for outdoor applications

If you’re reasonably handy, you can also install these wall panels yourself. In the webshop you will find the ready-made system: a box with three panels of 90 x 90 cm each, including all fixing materials.

You can shorten the panels by cutting the metal grid at the desired point with bolt cutters or a cutting disc.
