We are looking for a

Artificial planting installation operative (24 hours)

For the preparation and delivery of our projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic, practical colleague who likes to get things done. For 24 hours a week, with opportunities to grow into more hours.

A little about us

Coolplant is a young, growing company. We supply and create green walls, moss walls and interior planting, all with beautiful, durable artificial plants. We mainly work on business projects (offices, hospitals, schools, hospitality and so on) and sometimes for private clients too. The projects are spread across the country. We are based in Joure; that is where we have our office with showroom, our warehouse and a workshop.

A little about the role

As an installation operative, you are involved in preparing, carrying out and neatly finishing projects. We do this partly at our premises and partly on site. Smaller projects are sometimes yours to do alone (after a while); the larger ones we do with two, three or more colleagues. Flexibility is important: projects are sometimes long, sometimes short, they can change, or call for a creative solution on site. Which makes it great fun!

Delivering projects is a combination of physical practical work (planting up containers and pots, screwing wooden boards onto a wall, screwing green wall panels onto a façade and so on) and creative decorative work (creating a design for a green wall on site, deciding which plants work best where, styling planters and so on).

What we ask from you

– You live in the Joure area
– You have several years of work experience
– You are practical and solution-oriented
– You are a good colleague and customer-friendly
– You have an affinity for making your surroundings more beautiful
– You have a driving licence

What you will find with us

– An enthusiastic and committed team
– Flexibility, from our side too
– A really enjoyable working environment
– Varied projects
– Plenty of personal responsibility
– A company van and mobile phone
– The opportunity to grow with the company
