Olive artificial tree XL deluxe 250 cm for office, hotel and hospitality
This XL tree has a sturdy trunk and a crown that spreads out wide and full. Compared with the slim deluxe version of 250 cm, this is a true, mature tree with plenty of volume.
It suits restaurants, bars, hotel lobbies and large offices, as the centrepiece of a space or as a green screen for a seating area. Thanks to the wide crown, one tree fills a substantial corner.
Other olive trees: Olive artificial tree deluxe 250 cm, Olive artificial tree deluxe 290 cm and Olive artificial tree on trunk 200 cm. You can see all sizes under artificial olive trees.
Indoors or outdoors?
This olive tree is made for indoor use. The foliage is not UV-resistant: in direct sunlight it may discolour over time. In a bright indoor spot, including behind glass, it stays beautiful for a long time. For a terrace or entrance, choose a UV-resistant olive tree or another UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use. A bespoke olive tree for outdoor use, with UV-resistant foliage in a heavy planter, is also possible.
Fire safety in public spaces
This version is not fire-retardant. For spaces with fire safety requirements, such as hospitality, hotels, healthcare, education and public buildings, choose a fire-retardant olive tree from our olive trees or another fire-retardant artificial plant. Not sure what applies to your space? Feel free to ask us.

Frequently asked questions
Is this artificial olive tree fire-retardant?
No. For spaces with fire safety requirements, such as hospitality, healthcare and public buildings, we have fire-retardant olive trees from 180 to 400 cm. Feel free to ask for advice.
Can this olive tree be placed outdoors?
No, this version is for indoor use. The foliage is not UV-resistant and may discolour in full sun. For outdoor use, there are UV-resistant olive trees, also bespoke.
What is the difference compared to the deluxe artificial olive tree 250 cm?
Both are approximately 250 cm high. This XL version is much wider and fuller (crown approx. 170 cm, over 9,300 leaves). The deluxe 250 cm is slim (approx. 135 cm) and airy. Choose the XL for volume, the deluxe for a narrow space.
How do I clean an artificial olive tree?
Dust the foliage from time to time with a feather duster or blow the dust away with a hairdryer on a cold setting. A few times a year, you can wipe the foliage with a damp cloth.
