Large artificial plants and artificial palms

A large artificial plant is an eye-catcher in a lobby, reception area or meeting room. Small artificial plants and insert plants

Compact artificial plants and artificial bouquets are ideal for reception desks, window sills, partition walls and long planters. Fire-retardant or UV-resistant: which should you choose?

For indoor use in business and public buildings, we recommend fire-retardant artificial plants: these meet fire safety requirements and are supplied with a certificate. If the plant will be placed outdoors, or in a space with lots of glass and direct sunlight, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant that will not quickly discolour. How do you maintain an artificial plant?

An artificial plant does not need water or light. Dusting with a feather duster or a soft, slightly damp cloth is enough to keep it looking good.

Are your artificial plants suitable for outdoor use?

Artificial plants with “UV-resistant” in the name are suitable for outdoor use and do not quickly discolour in the sun. Other artificial plants are intended for indoor use.

Can your artificial plants be placed in an office or hospitality venue?

Yes. For business and public spaces, we recommend fire-retardant artificial plants, tested to EN 13501-1 (Euroclass B). The certificate is available on request.

Are the artificial plants supplied with a pot?

Most plants come in a nursery pot that fits inside a decorative pot or planter. The product listing states exactly what is included. We can supply planters on request.

Can your artificial plants be placed in an escape route or public building?

In that case, choose a fire-retardant artificial plant. It has been tested to EN 13501-1 (Euroclass B) and is supplied with a certificate for your fire safety file. If you are unsure about the requirements in your building, consult your fire safety adviser or speak to us.

Can artificial plants be used in a room without daylight?

Yes. Artificial plants do not need light, water or maintenance. That means you can also add greenery in places where a real plant would not survive: corridors, meeting rooms without windows or high up on the wall.

How do I keep an artificial plant looking good?

Dusting it now and then with a feather duster or a soft brush is enough. After transport, you can gently bend branches and leaves back into shape so the plant regains its full form.
