Geranium artificial hanging plant for projects with fire safety requirements
The trailing stems hang down around 73 cm. Place the plant in a hanging pot, on a cupboard or rack, or let it cascade from a tall planter or plant wall.
This way, you add greenery at eye level and above, even in places with little floor space.
Beautiful in flower boxes, hanging pots and along balustrades in hospitality venues and hotels. The same type in another size or colour: Geranium artificial hanging plant red 73 cm and Geranium artificial hanging plant white 73 cm. For a green wall, use hanging plants such as insert plants for plant walls.
Fire-retardant to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made of fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B to EN 13501-1. The property is in the material itself and, according to the manufacturer, remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
Indoors or outdoors?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.

Frequently asked questions
Is this hanging plant fire-retardant?
Yes. The material is classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1; the fire-retardant property is in the material itself and is not sprayed on. The certificate is available on request.
Can this hanging plant be hung outdoors?
No, this version is intended for indoor use; without UV protection it will discolour in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend a UV-resistant artificial plant.
Will the flowers keep their colour well?
Indoors, yes: the flowers will keep their colour beautifully for years. Do not place the plant in strong direct sunlight for long periods; for that, we recommend a UV-resistant version.
How do I clean this hanging plant?
Dust with a feather duster or a hairdryer on the cold setting. From time to time, you can wipe the leaves with a soft, damp cloth. Watering or pruning is not necessary.
