Alocasia artificial leaf for vases, arrangements and plant walls
Sometimes one large Alocasia leaf says more than an entire plant. The heart-shaped leaf with distinct veins sits on a long stem and is ideal for graphic arrangements: a few leaves in a tall floor vase next to a reception desk or in a large vase on a sideboard.
Stylists and interior builders also use single leaves in plant walls, floral arrangements and shop windows, or to make an existing planter look fuller. Because the leaf is fire-retardant, you can also use it in public spaces and at events where fire safety is required.
The same type in a different size or version: Alocasia Calidora artificial bouquet 84 cm, Alocasia Calidora artificial plant 80 cm and Alocasia Calidora artificial plant 70 cm.
Fire safety: fire-retardant material instead of spray
This artificial plant is made from inherently fire-retardant material: the fire-retardant property is built into the material itself and has not been sprayed on afterwards. According to the manufacturer, that property remains effective throughout the entire lifespan, even after cleaning.
An ordinary artificial plant treated with a fire-retardant spray must be retreated periodically, and that treatment is difficult to prove during an inspection. We will send you the certificate and test report (Euroclass B, EN 13501-1) on request for your building’s fire safety file.
Indoors or outdoors?
This artificial plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use.
