Staghorn artificial hanging plant for ceilings, racks and plant walls
The staghorn fern (Platycerium) owes its name to its forked leaves that resemble antlers. This 80 cm artificial hanging plant has that characteristic shape and brings a distinctive, botanical accent to an interior.
The staghorn is ideal as an eye-catcher on a ceiling rack, on a wall or in a plant wall. Its striking shape looks best with a little space around it or among finer hanging plants.
The same type in another size or version: Staghorn artificial hanging plant light green 80 cm, Staghorn artificial hanging plant 65 cm and Staghorn artificial hanger dark green 106 cm.
Fire-retardant according to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made from fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1. According to the manufacturer, this property is built into the material itself and remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
Indoors or outdoors?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use.
