Hedera artificial hanging plant for terrace, balcony and entrance
This English ivy has star-shaped leaves with a creamy white edge. The trailing stems hang down to about 85 cm and the top is broad and full.
Because it is both fire-retardant and UV-resistant, you can use this ivy anywhere: along balustrades in public buildings, on pergolas on terraces, in planters on balconies and in plant walls.
The same type in a different size or version: Hedera artificial hanging plant 85 cm, Hedera artificial hanging plant green 85 cm and Hedera artificial hanging plant full 85 cm.
Fire-retardant according to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made of fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1. This property is built into the material itself and, according to the manufacturer, remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
UV-resistant: also for outdoor use
This hanging plant is UV-resistant and therefore does not discolour quickly in bright sunlight. Suitable for spaces with lots of glass, such as atriums, conservatories and winter gardens, and for outdoor areas such as terraces, balconies and entrances. Fire-retardant and UV-resistant is a rare combination: ideal for covered terraces and outdoor hospitality areas where fire safety also matters.
