Pothos artificial hanging plant for hospitality, hotels and offices
With a length of approximately 51 cm, this is a compact hanging plant for planters on counters and window sills, small hanging pots and the edges of a plant wall.
Place several together in a long planter for a full, trailing effect.
It works well on cabinets, along counters and as a trailing edge for planters and plant walls. The same type in a different size or colour: Pothos artificial hanging plant variegated 51 cm, Pothos artificial hanging plant 80 cm and Pothos artificial hanging plant variegated 80 cm. For a green wall, use hanging plants such as insert plants for plant walls.
Fire-retardant to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made of fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B to EN 13501-1. According to the manufacturer, the property is in the material itself and remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
Indoor or outdoor?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.

Frequently asked questions
Is this hanging plant fire-retardant?
Yes. The material is classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1; the fire-retardant property is in the material itself and has not been sprayed on. The certificate is available on request.
Can this hanging plant be hung outdoors?
No, this version is intended for indoor use; without UV protection it will discolour in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend a UV-resistant artificial plant.
How does Pothos differ from Scindapsus?
They look similar: both have heart-shaped leaves on long trailing stems. Pothos has larger, glossier leaves; Scindapsus is finer and often mottled silver-green. We supply both fire-retardant.
How do I clean this hanging plant?
Dust with a feather duster or a hairdryer on the cold setting. Occasionally, you can wipe the leaves with a soft, damp cloth. Watering or pruning is not necessary.
