Scindapsus artificial garland for hotels, restaurants and retail
With a length of around 175 cm, you can guide this garland along a beam, bar, balustrade, handrail, mirror or cabinet. The tendrils are flexible, so you can shape them exactly as needed.
Ideal for dressing a mezzanine, entrance, bar or stairwell, or for using several garlands together as a green ceiling.
Beautiful trailing from a cabinet, shelf or tall planter, and as filling in a plant wall. The same type in a different size or colour: Scindapsus artificial garland 155 cm, Scindapsus artificial hanging plant 85 cm and Scindapsus artificial hanging plant 70 cm.
Fire safety: fire-retardant material instead of spray
This garland is made of inherently fire-retardant material: the fire-retardant property is built into the material itself and has not been sprayed on afterwards. According to the manufacturer, this property remains effective throughout its entire lifespan, even after cleaning.
A standard artificial plant treated with a fire-retardant spray must be retreated periodically, and that treatment is difficult to demonstrate during an inspection. We can send you the certificate and test report (Euroclass B, EN 13501-1) on request for your building’s fire safety file.
Indoor or outdoor?
This garland is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.

Frequently asked questions
Is this garland fire-retardant?
Yes. The material is classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1; the fire-retardant property is in the material itself and is not sprayed on. The certificate is available on request.
Can this garland be hung outdoors?
No, this version is intended for indoor use; without UV protection it will discolour in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend a UV-resistant artificial plant.
How does Scindapsus differ from Pothos?
Scindapsus has finer leaves, often speckled silver-green; Pothos has larger, glossier leaves. Both hang naturally and are available from us in a fire-retardant version.
How do I hang this garland?
From a hook or ceiling fixing, in a hanging pot, with tie wire or cable ties along a balustrade or beam, or as an insert plant in a planter or plant wall. The trailing stems are flexible, so you can shape them exactly as you want.
