Sword fern artificial hanging plant for projects with fire safety requirements
The stems hang down about 114 cm. Place the plant in a hanging pot, on a cabinet or rack, or let it cascade from a tall planter or plant wall.
This brings greenery to eye level and above, even in places with little floor space.
Beautiful in a row of tall planters or as rhythmic filling for a plant wall. For a green wall, use hanging plants such as insert plants for plant walls.
Fire-safe greenery for business spaces
This hanging plant is inherently fire-retardant: not treated with a spray, but made from material that is itself fire-retardant. The material is classified as Euroclass B to EN 13501-1 and, according to the manufacturer, this property is retained throughout its entire service life.
This allows you to demonstrably meet fire safety requirements in hospitality, offices, healthcare, education and public buildings. Request the certificate and test report for your fire safety file.
Indoors or outdoors?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.

Frequently asked questions
Is this hanging plant fire-retardant?
Yes. The material is classified as Euroclass B in accordance with EN 13501-1; the fire-retardant property is in the material itself and is not sprayed on. The certificate is available on request.
Can this hanging plant be hung outdoors?
No, this version is intended for indoor use; without UV protection it will discolour in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend a UV-resistant artificial plant.
What makes the sword fern different from other ferns?
The leaves are longer, narrower and straighter than those of a Boston fern. This gives it a cleaner, more graphic look.
Do you also supply larger quantities?
Yes. For projects, we also supply large quantities, with advice on the right plants and, on request, planters and installation. Contact us for a project price.
