Staghorn artificial hanging plant for projects with fire safety requirements
The tendrils hang down around 106 cm. Place the plant in a hanging pot, on a cupboard or rack, or let it trail from a tall planter or plant wall.
This brings greenery at eye level and above, even in places with little floor space.
Beautiful in a hanging pot or from a high shelf, where the forked leaves are clearly visible. The same type in a different size or colour: Staghorn artificial hanging plant light green 106 cm, Staghorn artificial hanging plant 80 cm and Staghorn artificial hanging plant light green 80 cm. For a green wall, use hanging plants such as insert plants for plant walls.
Fire-retardant to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made of fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B to EN 13501-1. The property is inherent in the material itself and, according to the manufacturer, remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant that has been treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
Indoor or outdoor?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.

Frequently asked questions
Is this hanging plant fire-retardant?
Yes. The material is classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1; the fire-retardant property is in the material itself and has not been sprayed on. The certificate is available on request.
Can this hanging plant be hung outdoors?
No, this version is intended for indoor use; without UV protection it will discolour in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend a UV-resistant artificial plant.
Where does the name staghorn come from?
From the forked leaves, which resemble the antlers of a deer. This gives the plant a graphic, recognisable silhouette.
How do I clean this hanging plant?
Dust with a feather duster or a hairdryer on the cold setting. Occasionally, you can wipe the leaves with a soft, damp cloth. Watering or pruning is not necessary.
