Air root artificial hanging plant for projects with fire safety requirements
The tendrils hang down around 112 cm. Place the plant in a hanging pot, on a cabinet or rack, or let it cascade from a tall planter or plant wall.
This way, you bring greenery to eye level and above, even in places with limited floor space.
Above a bar, counter or seating area, or as a curtain of tendrils in an atrium. For a green wall, use hanging plants such as insert plants for plant walls.
Fire-retardant according to EN 13501-1
Public and commercial buildings often have requirements for the fire behaviour of decoration. This hanging plant is made of fire-retardant material, classified as Euroclass B according to EN 13501-1. According to the manufacturer, this property is inherent in the material itself and remains effective for life.
That is more reliable than an artificial plant treated afterwards with a fire-retardant spray: that treatment wears off and must be repeated. The certificate and test report are available on request for your fire safety file, the fire brigade or your insurer.
Indoor or outdoor?
This hanging plant is intended for indoor use. Artificial plants without UV protection will discolour over time in direct sunlight. For terraces, balconies and entrances, choose a UV-resistant artificial plant for outdoor use; some of these are also fire-retardant.
